RETAIL
There are a variety of ways to purchase our pork retail. We have an on farm store, travel to a few
farmer's markets and are in a grocery store (and looking for more). Scroll down and check out

CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
This is an exciting new way to purchase our pork in quantity and get the benefit of having it
delivered to your community! All you need to do is to choose the Sausage Sampler from above and
then you may select anything from the A la Carte List. Or the other option is purchasing a 10 lb.

CUSTOM
Buying a whole, a half or a quarter is where the biggest savings is seen! We will walk you through
the process of deciding how you would like your pig done, will handle everything from there and call
you when it is ready! Quarters include chops, bacon, shoulder roast, ribs, half ham, 2 ham slices,
ground pork and breakfast sausage.
Pricing
Whole.....(Average weight 160 lbs.) $1.75/lb. hanging weight. Processing is extra and runs around $120.
Half.........(Average weight 80 lbs.) $1.75/lb. hanging weight. Processing is extra and runs around $60.
Quarter...(Average weight 40 lbs.) $3.00/lb. hanging weight. Processing is included. (4 or more $2.75/lb.)

The Product...
| Fresh Air Pork does not contain preservatives or MSG, but our smoked products do contain nitrates. Our pork is USDA inspected and is vacuumed-sealed and frozen in retail packaging, except for Custom Orders (they are wrapped the "old-fashioned" way). |
